We experienced a brief service outage from 11:43 AM to 12:20 PM PST that affected both our web and mobile applications, preventing users from logging in. This issue is related to an ongoing incident with our cloud provider AWS (Amazon Web Services) impacting multiple applications.

We are currently back online, and you and your clients can continue using both our web and mobile apps as normal.
