Intermittent outages on Trainerize web app and Trainerize.com website

Incident Report for ABC Trainerize

Resolved

Around 12:26 PM PST Trainerize web app (xxxx.trainerize.com) and Trainerize.com website (www.trainerize.com) have intermittent outages. The API and Trainerize.me still works fine. Around 1:19 PM PST system performance returned to normal.

Root cause
AWS confirmed they had an outage during that period of time.

Resolution
Contacted AWS on support chat. And AWS claimed they fixed the issue. Our system went back to normal, 10 mins after they claimed the issue was resolved.
